Amazing Customer Service!!! I can’t begin to say enough about the amazing customer service I have had with the Watch on Shem creek. The assistant Manager Pam has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were happy during our stay and also happy after we moved. The Worst Complex in 29464 Electric bill is min $250/month, outside areas smell like urine in the sun, broken ac unit for past 12 months, leasing office is nice at first then the attitudes come out when you ask for repairs (dishwasher has been broken for entire lease/they are the nastiest people I've dealt with). Empty promises all around "we're getting paddle boards, new washer/dryers, up grading the complex" its been 10 months but it's still a dump. Won't give corporate information out. Paces Watch Apartments Paces Watch is exactly what I was looking for. I have lived at Paces Watch for 3 years with my two dogs. The first time I drove down the tree covered path, I was pleasantly surprised at how serene and inviting it looked. The apartments are very well maintained and look fabulous outside and in. I love walking my dogs on the nature trail and to the dock on Shem Creek. The management has a great attitude and everyone is ALWAYS friendly.
