its a sucky place now it used to be kool but the owners have ruined it
This is one of our favorite San Diego businesses. Our dryer broke a few years ago so we yelped and found The Washboard while we were shopping for a new one. Long story short, we NEVER bought a new dryer because we love having our laundry done for us here! Fast, friendly service, it's a real pleasure to come here despite the longish drive. Yeah the prices have gone up quite a bit since we started going here, but I know costs have too -- and at this point we would never want to live without this place. Keep it up!!
Love these guys. My comforter is huge and I loathe washing it. Washboard Laundry takes it, washes it, and calls me when it's ready. Clean and smells amazing! My go-to laundry service.
I am just amazed at your customer service. I had just washed a comforter in your large 6 load washer and realized that I forgot to get a stain out in the middle of the dry cycle. Your employees were so helpful from helping me get some stain remover and detergent. I had not brought enough cash so they helped do another wash cycle. I will continue to come back!!!
These guys are the best! They still pick up our laundry even tho they know when they get here we're gonna have 6+ bags sorry guys! But thank you!!
