I used to like this car wash, but ever since they seemed to do a bit of a refresh it's become the worst experience ever. They straight up just steal your money now. Numerous times I've gone to get a touchless wash and the thing just freezes and nothing happens. I tried to reach out to get my passes back and got no response. Never going back here again.

Recently purchased a membership- the vacuums do not work with my code. I messaged the number and was told that the manager would call me, however I did not receive a call. A few days later I messaged again, and was told the manager would call me which did not happen. I went through the wash again, and when I went to vacuum my code again did not work. I texted the support number and stated I wanted my membership cancelled due to the vacuums not working and never receiving a call. All I received back was "it's been cancelled!"... read more

I purchased a membership and enjoyed my first touchless wash, but I can't seem to enjoy my membership due to maintenance!!! Idk if it's my luck but it's been 4 times this week I go before work to wash my car and it's blocked by maintenance sign... I have 4 days left in my membership and I only washed my car once! I don't recommend the membership but sure recommend the wash when it WORKS!
