Super annoyed with the wash tub couldn't figure out why my radio wasn't working yesterday all day this morning I found the antenna my side door pocket call to talk to somebody about it the lady put me on hold for 30 minutes they're not cheap $30 for a car wash it's crazy I will not be returning to the wash tub

The manager was arguing with the lady that was helping me and that was very unprofessional. Both of them bickering to each other. I could hear everything. This happened Saturday morning, 5/27. I use this Wash Tub because I shop at HEB, even though the one on marbach is closer. I don't know if I want to use this one anymore. Obviously the manger doesn't know how to act in front of his customers. �

It was my first time took my wife's car paid for supper wash got my car and was disappointed trash under and on side of seats vacuumed poorly and my wheels never got cleaned there was break dust all over them so had to wait longer so they can redo the car then I brought my truck to get same wash and what do you know same thing all over again I won't be going back I wasted 100$ dollars on a professional detail And got a wash n half vac job

For my first time at that location not sure if I were to go back. My truck look good but the back bumper seemed like it was never cleaned there was also dirt in the front window on the outside . And to top it off I was never called when my truck was ready. I looked outside the window and it was parked over to the site . Not Good for business. :(

for a first timer, was little disappointed. poor vaccuming & had water spots on window. paid additional $$ for detailing inside & a good smelling car. inside of car wasn't cleaned very good but the outside of my car looked awesome. experience was just okay.
