Took my car here today and it was a bad experience. They were supposed to vacuum the inside and it’s still a hot mess. There’s still lots of stuff on the floor that hasn’t been vacuumed. Dog hair. And all. Looks like they vacuumed for 2 minutes and didn’t want to finish the job. Outside cleaning wasn’t great either with lots of dirty on the outside as well and windows look like they’ve been forgotten. overall the car is still dirty inside and out and it was a complete waste.
Unfortunately good service may be a thing of the past!
Lost my business today. They lost my wife's antenna last visit and we had to buy a new one. Today they threw away an important document in my door storage and completely ruined my steering wheel logo with their cleaning products or techniques. Staff wasn't really apologetic. Careful if you visit here.
We'll, there was still bird poop on the side of the car. Two of my tires didn't have the shine on them. And there was still dust on my dashboard.
We have 2 cars that we get done. I brought my new Acadia in haven't even had the thing a week. I asked them to get inside the door jams there was some dust and looked like pollen. They wrote it on my window and it didn't get done. I've taken my husband's car in and have had to ask for touch ups to the interior. I am over this location. I don't even come at buys times of the day.
It is always super busy. I don't like waiting 30 minutes to have my vehicle washed.
