I have been happy with them every time I've taken one of the cars there. Decided to try their detailing services the last 2 times and have been quite pleased. The one thing I feel they could improve upon is the inside windows in the tighter areas always need touched up. I also find the waiting area could also use some more comfortable seating.
I write a complaint directly to the owner of this corporation and want to talk personally to the owner directly because I already talk to the general manager since they where not good at the first place and was not at the second place where they going to refund two cars full year membership prorated and will go to the Pirate Cove car wash instead ;-) Changing my big disappointment from bad owner and one manager rated One Star to a Five star because the employees and the under management are very amazing for the past two year... read more
