RecommendedEverything ! Especially no pressure sales years ago when I would go there they would try and talk me into a more expensive package I told the guy what I wanted no arguments yes ma’am go tell the lady done deal!!
Was here for 2 1/2 hrs for the 5o.oo extreme clean on my interior & the package comes with a mangers special exterior wash. bird $h!# still on my car. my floor mats looked worse than when I went in. When I asked about the 30 minutes guaranteed b.s they only offered me a super wash. this place is a scam with blind idiots doing the detailing. worst customer service anywhere. My first & last time here. Dont waste your money here.
Had an incident today here but the O’Connor location, Asst. Manager Donald Gold has gone above and beyond on getting the issue rectified. One of the young ladies accidentally smashed my door into another car on my new truck. Donald has really stepped up and arranged for the issue to be fixed along with offering other services to make me happy. That wasn’t really necessary and I felt bad about him doing so. these guys are very amazing I would recommend them are very understanding
I don’t ever write reviews... but this location is just awful. Nothing i paid for got done. My car didn’t even get vacuumed out...I had to go back and even then not everything was completed. And when I asked them to do what I paid for they were very rude. Do yourself a favor and just go to the one in schertz!
I literally just got back from getting the super wash here. I had to get the towel from the guy at the end to finish cleaning my center consul because it still had chocolate on it so was not cleaned at all. Then when I got home I realized that the bottom around the outside wasn't clean. This is why I would never purchase a membership from this place.
It was awful the sales guy suck’s had an attitude didn’t even want to be at work and the finishing guys didn’t do what they were supposed to do tell I ask’d them and the response was we forgot !!Seriously but 1 year they couldn’t hire my son cause he didn’t fit there profile now he’s a top earner at my company I swear they need to step up there game ...
Their staff were very friendly. And they were quick. Didn't have to wait long at all.
