response: 4 weeks and nothings improved only gotten worse, so what work is being done exactly? Who’s trying hard? My grandmother was responded to A MONTH one full month, 30 days after reaching out the reason being “missing information” and was asked to provide a plethora of information that was included in the first report, which is documented so id love to see an argument about that. Working with Warren Management has been one of the most frustrating HOA experiences I’ve ever had. I provided clear, written approvals from the HOA to dispute a violation, yet they ignored the facts and doubled down. The DRC Coordinator was dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to engage constructively. They enforce rules inconsistently and ignore their own guidelines. What’s worse? I’m disappointed with how our HOA has handled recent road repairs and the decision to raise monthly fees. The HOA increased our dues, supposedly to fix neighborhood roads and keep in their budget , but what we received was more like patchwork than proper repairs. The streets in the main areas—where there weren’t major issues—were redone, while the neighborhood roads, which actually have large potholes and damage, were ignored. UPDATE at the bottom… Do NOT use this company. They are unresponsive, inconsistent, and don’t take responsibility for their errors. They are doing a terrible job in our neighborhood. For as long as we have lived in our house (since 2009), there has been no parking on the street in front of our house. A few months ago, the HOA told us they would be painting the first 30 feet (I think it was 30) of curb on either end on the street red, to indicate that you couldn’t park there. Warren Management Group: All fees, zero service. They are quick to take your money but absent when it comes to maintaining the community. Their 'excessive fee' structure is daylight robbery considering the terrible customer support provided in return. They aren't just a bad management company; they are a direct threat to our community’s well-being and home values.
