Unfortunately, Warren Management Group is the sole reason why I would never recommend moving to any Falcon Community that falls under this HOA. They DO NOT function for the interest of the homeowners in the area, and instead are solely focused on finding every little violation. Issued a "courtesy warning" for a sign that had not been approved. Turns out the Warren Management employee who actually represents the property was looking at the wrong building. Recommendation to any WM managers: take the time to make sure YOU have the data correct before issuing a warning. Don't be so trigger happy. I'm currently in the process of selling a property that is unfortunately under the management of "Warren Group". Time is of the essence and, during the contractual process, "the Group" informed my realtor they needed to "speak to the owner". No specificity regarding the reason. I reached out to "the Group" and after multiple attempts reached a person who informed me the other person i needed to speak with was "on the phone".
