We met Dale Warfel a few years ago when we were renting a property next door to a home Dale was listing for sale. We kept his card and decided to contact him when were thinking of purchasing a home. We contacted The Warfel Gardin Group because they had recently sold a home in our neighborhood. We interviewed 4 agents/teams and ended up hiring them as they seemed to really understand what we needed and listened to us. We didn't want to spend a whole lot of money. We were referred to the Warfel Gardin Group by friends of ours who had used them to sell their home in Cambrian. After contacting Dale and Helen, they set up an appointment to stop by and see our home. We had remodeled and expanded the home so much that it was by far the biggest home in the neighborhood.
