The facility and the trainers I have worked with, Ashley & Rollen are phenomenal. Ashley & Rollen are hard working and well prepared to make sure that the people they are working with are pushing toward their goals.
5 STAR HIIT Workout with Maximum Results. The Warehouse is the premier group training and fitness gym in Stark County. The entire group will push you to the highest level of training and fitness that you can imagine.
I had a great first class and will def. Be back.. it's a great change up to my routine since I always lift! If you want a total body work out, you should check it out!
