I've been working out for the better of 10 years. In 5 months The Warehouse has completely changed my body. My mindset. My drive. Ashley, Derek, Rollin and Larry are incredible to train with. I look forward to adding the Sunday Kick class with Jay. Every workout is different. Every body group and muscle get targeted and you find someone else inside of you that wants to be better. I will never look back.
These are now my people!!! It's been the greatest for us!! Friendly family like environment with awesome trainers that are always creative with the workouts and are always willing to help and give great tips for lifting. I didn't know a thing about heavy lifting when I walked in there. Never intimidating so everyone should feel welcome to come and give it a try!!
