complete assholes. I bought a car from them last year. No complaints on the car however totally unresponsive when you try to reach out to them, especially Amy Connelly . I refinanced my loan and just wanted to know the status of my gap refund check. they basically ignore all my emails and calls. they don't care. stay away from this place
I just bought a used Mercedes Benz. The person I talked and negotiated was Kay - a very gentled soul -. He was not pushy, did not try to talk aver, he praised my car that I took as a trade in. I gave him the information I considered fair, he went to consult with his manager and they accepted it. Simple, straightforward and honest. I already knew what I wanted, what I consider my fair price, I went to the bank for a bank-check and in 2 hours got out with a new -used- car and left my old car there.
