I bought tickets over the phone for seating, they took my money. I got there they had no information on me and made me stand to watch the concert. The old woman working the front did not care that they embezzled the money out of me. I got a bad back so it was very hard to stand for that long. Everyone there was unorganized and rude! Never be back again nor the people I was with heads up. Make shift bar!
Saw Iris Dement there last year and it was a beautiful show; very moving and intimate. I was supposed to be on a list for Sturgill Simpson in October. I guess he didn't play the venue as anticipated. I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up on the part of the venue owners.

Horrible experience here in every way! Unorganized, ticket prices changed several times, show time changed, ordered tickets a month in advance and still had to wait forever in the cold, but most importantly we were CURSED at by the owner for nothing! We were trying to figure out where we were supposed to sit and we were wasting his precious time apparently. Talked to several other ppl through the night that said he had been terribly rude to them to and they would never be back. I could write pages about the whole experience ... read more
This place is a joke website said tickets were $10 when we got there they charged $20 owner and staff were hateful wouldn't recommend this place to anyone this was my first and last trip
I won tickets to go to a show here and the owners are rude. Never will go back!!
