The food selection and beer selection is great, and I have no complaints with that, but my server was very rude and short with our table. It was our first time and we had a lot of questions and it seemed to be a big issue to help us out. Will not be returning...
RecommendedSo last night we ate at the Walrus- my husbands steak was well done and he ordered medium rare - when the waitress asked if everything was ok he showed her his steak and she was like - wow that’s well done - I will have them make you a new one - she left the well done steak on the table - shortly there after she came back with his steak - she was awesome - when it was time to go she asked if we have a dog to feed the well done steak too- so my point is - the food and service at the Walrus was “off the chain”. I love this place ❤ Please pit coat/purse hangers in the bathrooms and a baby changer in as well!! I've had to change my baby on a bathroom floor before, you don't even have paper towels to lay down. ❤❤
Had the Meatball Stroganoff...very good with cavatappi. Fresh bread with herb butter was good, whole dinner was yummy.
I had a great meal. I hope the pictures show how delicious the food was. The daily soup is what I started off with, oh my, perfect start.

How disappointed were we last night! Went there because I have ALWAYS loved The Walrus. My husband ordered the ribeye medium. It came out like a porkchop, no coloring on the inside just white. I don't know how you marinate or do your steak but this was awful. He didn't finish even half of it. He notified the waitress who gave him a $5 discount and asked him if he wanted a "to go" box for the rest.
