I have been a tenant at The Wally for almost 2 years now, and I have been extremely pleased with my experience and decision to live here. Management (Bien) has always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and the maintenance guy (Morgen) is extremely communicative (even texts you with arrival updates) and helpful. Location is top notch, the roof has everything you'd want to enjoy year round (BBQ, fire pit, couches / tables), I've never really had noise issues, and fellow tenants have been respectful. I would like to say I am only giving 4 stars for the sake of pointing out I only provide 5 star reviews and am not seeking to harm pacific crest or even Wally’s reputation (they will do this to themselves). However, this review is solely for the protection of potential future residents who may consider living here. 1. Upon moving in, my washer had not been inspected prior to move in, and was broken.
