Terrible service bordering on incompetence. Filed a tax return without consent. Engaging in fraudulent activity. Stay as far away from this company as you can come tax season.
Honestly, I don't know how they stay in business. If you have need to get questions answered, good luck getting someone to return your messages. If they make a mistake, they leave you holding the bag. Did I say how hard it is to get help from them?
