Don’t live here. Me & my fiancé’s cars have been broken into 4 times total and that’s just our unit. I can’t imagine the other issues residents have. They say safety is their number one priority but it’s clearly not based on all the issues. Management is also impossible to get a hold of if you go to the front desk in the morning no one is usually there even tho they say they open at 9 and they never answer the phone when you call. I currently live in this apartment. The maintenence and cleaning crew here are amazing, however that pretty much is where the good stops. In my 6 months of being here I've had my car broken into, they've discovered a dead body, and homeless individuals have been found throughout the apartment complex using various drugs on a nearby weekly basis. As a frequent guest of a resident here, I feel obligated to share my experience. The parking garage has a strong sewage-like odor that has gone unresolved Safety is a serious concern. I’ve personally witnessed people rummaging through cars and storage in the garage and outside the garage door. It feels unsafe to ever walk out the building. For the high cost of living here, basic maintenance, security, and communication should be a priority. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
Editing AGAIN on January 30 2026. Fire alarm going off again at 9pm. Broken pipe, ok. But all residents had to go downstairs and came across 2 drug addicts tripping out in the lobby. Non residents also in the stairwells on January 27. Where is security?? Walkway, when is enough enough??? I will keep editing this until The Walkway does something here. November 2nd. Do not and I mean DO NOT STAY IN THESE APARTMENTS. Unless you want to deal with your packages being stolen, people off the street shooting up in the building in all common spaces, or having your cars broken into, this is a horrible company to be at. There are many other places to be at than this management team. How are you charging prices for these apartments and there is barely any security on site? Please look at the other reviews.
