A quickly planned visit from our daughter and her family. They needed a grab bar in the guest bathroom shower. On very short notice, Cesar obtained the part and installed it. Even broke a drill bit but went for a replacement. Very persistent,, competent, and professional. I am very pleased with Cesar.
Update- Ceasar knocked out a few work orders in my apartment today. Super efficient, great with my dogs, kept my apartment clean, and walked me through any and all concerns and plans for follow-up. Really grateful!! I’ve lived at The Walkway and it’s been an amazing experience! Helpful, efficient, and engaging leasing and management teams. Friendly, helpful, and dare I say handsome, maintenance team! Couldn’t be happier!
Toured a few of the units here and had a great experience with Hayley! Very straightforward and considerate!
As a vendor servicing the building, property was clean and organized. Management was easy to get ahold of and very flexible when it came to helping with any issues and had the maintenance crew ready to respond during my visit.
