I went to island health urgent care walk-in clinic on a Wednesday evening at around six, and there was only one person ahead of me. The receptionist was lovely, and the physicians assistant that I saw was very knowledgeable and helpful, as was the nurse I’m not from here and was hesitant but was very pleasantly surprised and grateful for their service.
Everyone was courteous, respectful and competent. The reception person was kind and welcoming. The nurse who I met with before the ER physician listened to my concerns and the doctor was great. I will not hesitate to go back to this walk in clinic. Thank you all!!!
