I've accessed the Island walk-in clinic twice for appropriately non-acute issues. The team provided timely, engaged, and effective care, in a calm and confidential setting.
The lady who registered me in Urgent Care was excellent - professional, efficient, and showed some genuine friendly personality. Just outstanding. All the staff who treated me were excellent. And, I cannot say enough good about PA who treated me and her assessment for treatments and follow up care. Just outstanding!
I am extremely appreciative of having been cared for by this clinic. I was a tourist from out of state who was punched in the face by an angry street person. The clinic staff person who saw me was knowledgeable about my situation and comforting. I was able to continue on my planned journey. And i felt lucky to have acquired same day treatment.
