I checked in before another patient and I was seen after them. The front desk agent told the nurse I was first and the nurse argued back and said it would only take a minute and she had already started prepping the room. It took 30 minutes longer to even be seen. The front desk was professional and apologetic… what the heck? Made me late to my next appointment and started my day off terribly. Dr neuenshwander is by far the most incredible doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and she treat you like a human and she is the most sweet caring incredible doctor, and I would highly recommend her to anybody who was looking for a doctor in the area she has gone above and beyond for her patience right and she fights for you and she’s never made me feel crazy or made me feel like there was something wrong with me outside of the issue. I was seen Friday morning 7/12 and the medical assistant was nice but she was the one trying to diagnose me and order tests. The nurse practitioner spent less than 5 minutes in the room and told me she would call with my test results (may take up to an hour). I didn’t receive a call that day, and called back the next day. The person who answered said a nurse would call me back with the results. I never received a call about my results and just checked the portal online. I would not come back here for any care again.
