Our full dental team of doctors and staff was created to meet the dental needs of the whole community. Our THREE offices are in one location; THE CHILDREN'S DENTAL ZONE! is for kids 0-12 years old. TRILOGY DENTAL caters exclusively to young adults aged 13 to 21, and THE W GROUP focuses on adults over the age of 21.

I have been a patient of the W dental for about 3years I always had a pleasurable experience except for today 3/8/21. The front office clerk was absolute horrible. The way she was talking to me a client was so unprofessional. Today I had questions about my bill (she told me the charges are from my cleaning on 9/2/20) and the way she was responding was sooo disrespectful. I give The W Dental group no STARS they never still to this day have not contacted me to finish the work for my tooth implant not to professional thats a word that needs to be removed from all those other reviews yes I called the office twice about it so much for going to our people Tim Hunter
Poor Poor Poor! Requested appointment online several times, never got a response, so I called. When I explained that I requested online several times, was advised we dont look at that. Should have been sign #2. Got appointment was told it was at 12:15, show up at 12:15 was told to was at 11:50 and told we dont schedule on quarter of hour...but you do 10 til...any way there was no reminder. Did I mention how rude and ghetto about the girl was...I just walked away. Never again will I my self patronize the W.

I have been recovering from Emily Elster's dental work since 2010 I had to go to the hospital emergency room with severe back pain after her crown dental work. I have tried various methods to relieve the chronic pain and fatigue caused by her dental work but have not succeeded yet. I would like to know if anyone other than my wife and me have been injured by Emily Elster after having dental work done by her? After having a crown installed by her my wife had to go to the hospital ER with severe back pain.I have a lump on the side of face in front of my ear.
