DONT MOVE My mom and I have lived here for a little over a year and THANKFULLY we are getting out! This place is awful. Elevators are always broken, if you put a maintenance order It either takes months or it just simply doesn’t get fixed. For example, since we moved in A YEAR AGO, our sliding glass door has been broken, dropping off pieces of glass and cannot lock. Great Experience at The Vue I’ve had a very positive experience with The Vue\. The team has been helpful, professional, and attentive whenever I’ve needed assistance\. I really appreciate that they make an effort to make sure everything in my apartment is taken care of and that I feel comfortable in my home\. This is my opinion We recently moved into this building, and so far, we’ve had a wonderful experience with no issues at all. The lady who gave us the tour was amazing and made us feel very comfortable from the start. The location is excellent, close to Walmart, Costco, major shopping centers, and all major highways. The apartments are spacious with beautiful open-concept layouts and amazing kitchens. We also love the lounge and large balcony, which are perfect for gatherings and relaxing. Great building Lived here when I lived in Hackensack and was honestly so impressed with management and staff. I’ve moved a lot for work and have had rough experiences in other buildings. Other management companies where I’ve lived are hard to get in touch with and dont take care of issues or the property. The staff at the Vue was not like that. They were friendly and present and very responsive. The building and property was always clean. If I get the chance to move back to Hackensack I’d definitely move back to the Vue.

WASTE OF MONEY! Don’t move here. -Building NOT clean. -No doorman as advertised. -Sutton Management SUCKS and they don’t come to work. They are cheap. -Smoking in the building. - Over a month and still only ONE WORKING ELEVATOR, they haven’t even addressed it with tenants. -Rats in garage. -Pet urine in elevators and hallways. - Walls are thin, I can hear neighbors phone conversations. Tenants are complaining, nobody is happy. So many people have moved out since Sutton Management arrived. They have no clue what they’re doing... read more

All units occupied, management abandoned ship! Once all the units were occupied management completely exited the building and could care less with what’s going on with it. The building upkeep is laughable and nonexistent. To give residents some kind of reprieve from the filth they finally hired another lackluster cleaning company that did the barest of minimums. THE BUILDING UPKEEP IS AWFUL!! The building is so run down! There are only two elevators and one has been out for over two weeks. They don’t clean the building at all, there is dog urine and trash everywhere. The building manager Steve only shows his face maybe 3x a month and has no clue what he’s doing. Many of the tenants are complaining. I saw a rat in the garage the other day. It’s just ok Ever since David left this building has been declining, he really cared about the upkeep of the building and the satisfaction of the residents unlike the schmuck that’s there now.The apartments are nice and spacious but that’s it. The building itself isn’t cleaned correctly or not at all, I’m talking about the use of filthy musty mops and rags to wipe everything down that leaves a smell and snail trail! Property has declined The building has declined drastically. The property is not cleaned properly. The lobby is full of dog hair and garbage. The halls and stairwells have trash and are rarely cleaned. The owners go with the lowest bid and not the best company. The new cleaning company is terrible. The maintenance requests are not adhered to properly. I would not recommend this property. I wish the new owners would do better. They don’t conduct proper background checks for the tenants.
