They dont really fix anything. All day long we have called about a water leak which supposedly they fixed but never returned our calls. And now there's really a water leak and of course nobody answers the emergency contact number. I never write reviews but this time I have to. We searched and searched for places and went with this one because of the reviews. So maybe this will help out others before they choose here.
Been living here since 2011. Looking forward to The exterior and interior renovations!
We moved in about a week ago and I have to say our maintenance man Gene is stellar! So helpful and goes the extra mile to make us feel taken care of! Five stars to your staff grand isle!
Avoid, they will charge extra money every chance they can.
