The staff are incredibly friendly, the building is in great condition, and the amenities are excellent. The maintenance team is extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The front desk, office, and cleaning staff are just as welcoming and helpful, creating a great atmosphere throughout the building. So far, it's been a great experience. Thanks so much!
I moved here after relocating for work, and it was my first year living in Los Angeles. The Vue is the worst place to live. If you know what’s good for you, avoid this place at all cost. Management is terrible, maintenance will come into your unit while you have no clothes on. They do not fix things and if they do, they manage to ruin something else in your unit. They honestly don’t allow you to properly enjoy any of the amenities. I lived at The Vue for over two years. The building itself is beautiful, the apartments are modern, and the front office staff were always friendly and professional. The location is great, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide amazing views. However, my overall experience was heavily impacted by aggressive rent increases, the move-out process, utility costs, and several ongoing management issues.
