I had a great experience here. Any maintenance issues I had were resolved quickly. The property is kept clean, and they always have regular events for the residents. Nice to place to live!

Avoid The Vue at all costs—especially if you value your health, sleep, or basic respect from management. From day one, this building has been a nonstop source of stress. If your unit faces 5th Street, expect relentless noise from a neighboring school’s HVAC system that management has known about for over a year—and done absolutely nothing to fix. I was going to leave a 4/5 review, but after seeing the most recent reviewer giving it 1 star because the high school across the street has a noisy HVAC system (my favorite part is “and management has been aware of this since 2024”—aware of what? That the high school has an air conditioning system? What exactly do you think they should have done about this fact? If you or your kids are not smokers, you’ll become passive smokers starting Day 1 at The Vue. That’s not an exaggeration—it’s the reality of living here. The building has a serious and ongoing marijuana smoke issue. One of my neighbors has been smoking heavily for months, and the smell seeps into the hallways, vents, and neighboring units. I’ve reported this issue multiple times to management, and just like every other concern—they did absolutely nothing.
