UPDATE: Now that I am out of apartment 1301, I want to warn others: Do not move into this unit if you notice a musty or rotten egg smell while touring. I wasted so much money moving in, only to have to move out due to serious health risks from the conditions in this apartment. Please protect yourself and avoid the stress and costs I went through. When I first moved in, there was a rancid smell, the AC wasn’t working, and half of the apartment had no electricity. The smell is still here, and management has no idea where it’s coming from. I’ve done my own research and suspect mold could be a factor. I found mold-like spots in the vents, which they replaced, but they claim it’s “not mold” without doing any tests. The ac breaks all the time. And maintenance is slow. They don’t know how to fix things. We’ve had several ac problems and leak issues. Every time I contact the office about something they always fail to resolve the maintenance request completely as a team. So I don’t bother contacting them for maintenance request anymore. Security here is awful. There have been several alarming incidents regarding the apartment security. Homeless people break into the buildings and sleep in them, use the bathrooms as well. We had good experience with the Voss. Specially Alex. He helped us a lot throughout the process. He has also been helpful post leasing and is always there when needed for issues. The only thing I would suggest is if they can have a autopay functionality in their payment app along with the breakdown of previous bill payments
