Got my haircut by Jonathan who is the epitome of what a barber should be. His attention to detail and pride in his craft are very apparent after just one cut here. At least 4 locals came in to book an appointment while I was there for just over an hour. I live in Estes and I will never venture down the valley to get my haircut ever again. Well done Vortex Barber Shop and thank you for offering your services.
Kim provided excellent service on my wedding day to my best man and I. She made sure the two of us were looking fresh and took her time. She was so kind and excited for my special day and gave me some marriage advice lol. If you're in need of a haircut or a touch-up on the current haircut you have before you wedding. Go talk with Kim. Decided to stop and get cleaned up. This was by far the best barber experience I had, hands down, whether Minnesota-hometown or Colorado! It even beat out my first barber as a kid in the 70s, and that is saying a lot. Never thought they would make-em-like-they-used-to! Johnathan is a master craftsman in his trade! The service I received was all about the quality not the quantity. I personally have not experienced such service like this in 45+ years. I can't say enough! Well done sir! Thank you!
Kim and Johnathan are great! They are meticulous with every cut and take time to get it right. We have 3 teenage boys and we all get cut at Vortex.
A great place for a haircut. I will not take my child anywhere else. Kim is wonderful, fun and knowledgeable. My child looks great every single time she has him in her chair. This place is definitely a little gem...
