Stood outside yesterday on Halloween for over an hour in the freezing cold temperatures because this venue decided to over book tickets. The line was around the corner and it was nearing 1:30 AM while the party is over at 3 AM. We get to the front of the line and now suddenly you need two forms of ID to get into the venue. Nowhere on the website does it say that you need two forms of ID to enter. So after standing around for no reason, they kick us out of the line.
