Came for the first time for a haircut. The place is beautiful, very clean, with very kind stylists. I had an appointment for 2:15, got there at 2:08 and was attended immediately. A gentleman washed my hair very gently and added conditioner as well. He was very careful with my hair and even asked if the water temperature was okay which I really appreciated. had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I specifically asked for a trim, but the stylist cut my hair far shorter than requested. When I pointed out that this was not what I asked for and explained that he had cut off years of hair growth, he repeatedly told me to “trust him” instead of acknowledging my concern. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and had to stop him from continuing to cut the back of my hair, which unfortunately resulted in an uneven and awkward haircut.
