most unprofessional service I have ever received in my life. I wanted artificial red bold hair. not too bright. I gave them a list of options to choose from photos I have saved. Instead of telling me they didn't have the color, they colored and damaged my hair 3 times choosing a separate color from what I asked every time. First, they gave me a wig-looking orange. I had an appointment at 1pm for Nardeen. I walked in and was stared at. The lady who was cutting hair asked me "did you have an appointment? For what time?" Then does not ask for my name or does not communicate anything. I am new to this area and wanted to get my hair done since i have had this appointment for 2 weeks. Felt very judged/discriminated against and seemed a bit stand off since i walked in and was just stared at. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you're a new comer. I had the worst hair-trimming experience of my life at this salon. I booked an appointment with John two weeks in advance after being referred by a friend, who also warned me he tends to cut hair short.
