Scheduled a tour here and no one showed up. We got there early so we waited for 10 minutes after our appointment time. No number on the door to call or any way to try to get in contact with the office. It’s hot out so could not wait much longer. May be better if you try to tour during the week instead of on a Saturday.
Reaching out for further assistance has proven fruitless. I've lived at The Vive for over 5 years now and the consistent decline in customer service, cleanliness, timeliness, and transparency is staggering. West Shore has really dropped the ball here. Ashley Nadeau is the regional property manager for this apartment complex, in case anyone else is reading this and wants to escalate beyond the on-site office (she won't openly provide her contact info or respond though).
Eric did an amazing job replacing the tile and left the area clean.
Nightmare! Signed a lease and showed up on the day of the lease just to find out it wasn’t ready. They tried to offer us a different place (smaller,no upgrade, different floor). They claimed our apartment on the lease needed the carpet shampood. We agreed to waive it. Then they told us there was a hole in the wall. We said we could wait for it to be fixed.
