I’ve been living here for over a year now, and honestly, I couldn’t imagine a better place to call home in Concord. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Tiffany was excellent helping us through the process of a unit transfer. She was able to tell us the steps in a clear manner and even found a way that would make the transfer process as seamless as possible.
New to the area, just moving and so far everyone is nice very informational. I meet Ms. Cruz first in person and she was amazing. Then met Ms. Tiffany over phone and she’s great as well. Both very great ppl. So far so good.
If I could rate this a -1000, it still would not be low enough for the quality of life that they provide here. My friend lived here for a total of 9 months. She moved in around thanksgiving (so fall/winter) and NEVER had heat. When it started to warm up she NEVER had AC. She contacted the front office whose working personnel turnover is atrocious and could never get it fixed for her. My husband and I recently located to Concord, NC and currently looking for a place. We stopped by The Vive at Kellswater and was greeted with a welcoming vibe!
