The Vive was referred to me by a new renter. I immediately went to read the reviews. I was not impressed. I decided to go and see for myself. I went during lunch and Ms. Tiffany was eating her lunch. When she saw me she put her lunch away even though I told her I came for information and understood it was lunchtime. Ms Tiffany being a professional, worked in my 30 minute time frame. Tiffany is the truth!!! Since she has taken over we as residents can see the difference in staff maintenance just the overall experience!!!!
I can say when I first moved in from NY things were okay but there was so many issues with front office! They legit have a whole new team from front office to maintenance no more waiting for a thousand excuses you have an issue it gets fixed right then and there if not no more than 24 hours!! Ms. Tiffany & Nancy really do their best to make sure everything is done you won’t regret moving here!
Was given a tour around the Vive, Shai was very helpful, and friendly! Great experience!
Shai and Nancy gave me a tour of the beautiful community and I had the best time. They were very helpful and sweet! I’m super excited to talk to my boyfriend about it and hopefully move in!
