If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This apartment complex looks decent in photos, but that’s where the positives end. Management is unresponsive unless it’s about collecting rent. Maintenance requests disappear into a black hole. You’ll submit one, wait days (or weeks), follow up, and still get excuses instead of solutions. The walls are paper-thin. They will never fix your AC and will stay 90 degrees inside, suffering. They tow everyone’s car illegally & surcharge the prices, they add secret fees to rent for the innocent ppl not noticing their disgusting thieving and corrupt tactics. Lowest of the low . Research your rights and google Tow fees for Jan 2026 & fear nothing but the fair itself cause you did nothing wrong parking in ur own DANG HOME — May God Record & Replay

Update on Jan 2026: Nicole is now in charge and I fell she is trying to do her best to get all maintenance orders done. Some maintenance guys came in from Dallas location and got all my requests done in two visits. I hope they keep up with the improvements and next would be power wash the hallways (is getting beyond nasty) and removal of spider webs all around.
