Alex from maintenance was on time to do the work. He was very polite and clear in explaining how he was going to do the repair. Overall, great job!
I’ve been here for 3 months and have never had so many issues with an apartment complex. I’ve added photos to back it up too. First off, the noise from my above neighbor makes it impossible to live here. Every step, door, cabinet closing is heard and if they make an actual loud noise. Sounds like my ceiling is falling in. It’s purely a construction/build issue. It’s like a small piece of plywood is separating the 2 apartments. Never experienced so much noise and vibration in my life. Application process was a little slow. Moving in and finding the flaws- maintenance was quick to fix. Overall visual/perception- 5 to a 4, but my apartment is quiet.
