Hola yo trabaje en esta propieda..y a mi me despidieron nomas por traer una herramienta en mi carro la herramienta era de la propieda pero yo la estaba usando...y mas cuando me lastime la espalda ahi con un water heater ellos me dieron la espalda..usaron lo de la herramienta para despedirme. fue algo ingusto...y aparte uno bataya con las partes para sacar el trabajo.... Please, don’t move to this place! Management sucks! They keep changing their staff, they don’t keep their promises and words, and they don’t care about good residents! I’ve been offered 300 credit to renew my contract for a year, and now they are refusing to give me the credit, even though I have all the emails proving it! They are giving me a lot of stress and anxiety, for being so unprofessional and not keeping their worlds. This Crystal manager is the worst! I’ve lived here for almost a year and while there are some positives, the negatives are hard to ignore. The location is great, and I’ve had no issues with pests or bugs in my unit, which I really appreciate. The staff has been nice and helpful overall, though there’s been a lot of staff turnover during my time here. However, the package theft is a serious problem. Between catalytic converters being stolen, packages being stolen, rats running everywhere. Let’s not forget the office never answers the phone. Here’s the kick the 24 hour emergency maintenance line nobody answers, you have to wait an hour or 2 for them to respond. Management changes every other month and it gets worse every time!!!!
