Application process was a little slow. Moving in and finding the flaws- maintenance was quick to fix. Overall visual/perception- 5 to a 4, but my apartment is quiet.

Please, don’t move to this place! Management sucks! They keep changing their staff, they don’t keep their promises and words, and they don’t care about good residents! I’ve been offered 300 credit to renew my contract for a year, and now they are refusing to give me the credit, even though I have all the emails proving it! They are giving me a lot of stress and anxiety, for being so unprofessional and not keeping their worlds. This Crystal manager is the worst!
