Service is OK, good products – The service is ok, i think the people at the one on tampa and nordhoff are more knowledgeable. The product line is extensive, Im just annoyed that I always have to request for them to price match my items, and what bothers me even more is I have to double check to make sure they didn't "accidentally" forget to reduce the price
The Westwood location in the WORST – This (Westwood) location has a EMPTY parking lot. Lots of spaces and nobody in a single one of them, but the staff that works there. I parked there and bought a drink. I had an appointment with a nutritionist across the street to find out what items to buy at their store. They refused to let me park in their lot and made me park at a meter while their lot remained empty. I had no quarters so asked if they could add 1$ to my credit card. They said no. Just like the name says At the Vitamin Shoppe you can find just about any vitamin, supplement, etc. that you are looking for. They also run alot of sales and I am frequently able to get stuff at half price. They keep track of your purchases and send you gift certificates in the mail when you reach a certain amount. Great store, I love shopping here.
