Dr. Pape listens and want to help you. He is so knowledgeable. All the staff is kind and welcoming. Will continue to recommend Dr. Pape.
The Vitality Center called me at 6:15 PM the day of my appt to ask if I could come at 7:15 instead of 7:00 due to delays with other appointments. I agreed without any issue. I arrived at 7:00, but it took them 15 minutes to locate my appointment, verify my information, and process my payment. After that, I waited until 7:45 without being seen or even brought into a room. At that point, I requested a refund and left. After a long workday, I couldn’t afford to wait until 8:00 PM for a brief chiropractic adjustment.
The Vitality Center is wonderful. Dr. Messer is so thorough and nice. The whole staff is very helpful.
