I Love the property Vistas sits on the same property as Havens and tho I don’t live on that side both properties flow so well! Office staff is AMAZING which makes living here wonderful.
Can’t say enough about how well the property is kept. It’s clean and neat. Management Tremaine Richard is nice, friendly and very professional. You need a place go see her!
The property is beautiful could use some TLC because of its age and all the new properties being built around it!! I would consider living here because of the staff and location of the complex. I go to visit friends and it's such a quiet area with friendly people.
From the moment i walked in i was sold Ms Kelly acknowledged me when i walked in the door and Ms Tremaine came out to explain things further and in detail. i noticed a resident came in with a complaint and Ms Tremaine dealt with it immediately and was kind. That resident left happy and satisfied!!
The Vistas of Lake Charles Apartments has a great team. Tremaine Richard has always been a very professional, kind, and helpful towards all my needs of the apartment, and has truly made my experience pleasant. The staff overall does a great job creating a welcoming environment.
