All the staff members are friendly and often go above and beyond their job duties. Nice community. The neighborhood is peaceful and convenient as well.
We had an issue with our dryer and they came to fix it within 24 hours, and over the weekend too! While fixing the dryer they recommended putting in another order to have them come clean the lint out. Super great maintenance team! Always respectful and helpful!
Loved it there, stayed for a year with my s.o. while educating at the Mayo. Very helpful to tour and see the area, especially a mach apartment walkthrough, before making a decision. Dog and family friendly community! Fire department down the street is conscious of the sound they make, never was woken up by sirens and felt very safe. Thank you for the wonderful place and staff
We have been here for over a year and love everything here! Here are my top highlights: 1. The amenities are amazing- the pool, gym, 2 dog parks, fire pit, and ponds in back are exceptionally well maintained. The pool is the cleanest pool I’ve ever seen. 2. The other residents are incredible people. I have never lived in an apartment with such courteous neighbors. I rarely hear any noise after 9pm.
