Dr Smith and his staff are amazing, unfortunately they seem to use an automatic system to notify people when their glasses arrive which seemed to skip me. I told the receptionist I did not get a call, she informed me they do not call, I asked if it it would be text or email and she stated "I honestly don't know." While I respect her honesty, I can't be expected to guess when my glasses will arrive. It's hard to find a good anything now a days, especially for the money. I have been going to Dr Smith for years for my annual exam. He performs the most thorough eye exams ever! He explains everything so well as he shows you the results. I recommend him to others at every opportunity.
The nicest Dr. and staff! I did not feel rushed and Dr. educated me why I may not want to opt for '"eagle eye vision" for long term benefit lol. Very please! So much so I'm making a return appt. for me and will also take my son to get his eyes checked!
