I was a resident here who just moved out. There are so many things wrong at this place that it will be difficult to list them all here. The 1/2 star rating and poor reviews for this place is there for a reason. It is not by error. The two most important things that perhaps would be most important for any potential future residents to know before making a decision would be these: 1) lack of parking space, even though recently limited parking tags where given per household, there is still no space late in the evenings (I am gu... read more
Reasonable rent but the place comes with its problems. 1) Lack of parking space - there is shortage of parking space always in the evening. Some residents have trouble finding one slot, and then there are residents here taking up multiple parking slots (I know one who uses garage as storage and parks 2 vehicles outside; another resident parks 3 vehicles).
