Excellent service. One of my fav nail spots in Cypress
I go for the ambiance. The owner greets me by name. The music is peaceful. The nail techs have very rarely tried to upsell. I've been there quite a few times and it's been the mini-vacation I've needed to push through a busy week. They should be higher-staffed so they would not need to turn people away but otherwise I've appreciated the way they've done my nails and the efforts they've made to make their customers comfortable and keep coming back.
They once charged me an extra $8 for my cuticles to be cut, last visit didn’t listen to my request for a tip added on to a broken nail, didn’t hear our requests for a deeper massage, we could barely feel the massage. Left a lot of residue under my nails that could have been taken care of. Overall color options were good, massage chairs good, clean. Drinks were offered! Never received receipt by text like I requested.
