They once charged me an extra $8 for my cuticles to be cut, last visit didn’t listen to my request for a tip added on to a broken nail, didn’t hear our requests for a deeper massage, we could barely feel the massage. Left a lot of residue under my nails that could have been taken care of. Overall color options were good, massage chairs good, clean. Drinks were offered! Never received receipt by text like I requested.
Helen did a good job , also I love the environment and the radio station they play very relaxing!
First visit to this salon with Jessica the owner. I ask for pricing over the phone and was quoted $50 for a fill/overlay. At checkout, the price was changed to $60 with additional charges for coffin shaping and cutting down nails that were not explained upfront. A “service tax fee” was also added which I have never been charged at any nail salon . So counted the extra fees as her tip and will not return for the hidden fees. The service itself was basic. I would have appreciated full transparency.
