Lotion left feet feeling and looking chalky Can see ridges in nails Had to ask for a packet for the heel scrubber. They should use one for each customer, as it is in individual packaging. Asked to keep the items in my packet which was a file, purple foot pumice, and nail buffer. Lady comes back and put nail buffers and files in the packet and said they were new. If she hesitated/ had to be askes to go get the new customer packet when I first came in, its highly unlikely she would have given me new ones. I left the stuff ther... read more

Jessica did her best! My first time here was nothing but great :) Even the man at the front talking payments was nice and friendly !!!
Always a great experience. I have never been disappointed. Nail Technicians are professional & kind.
