I Lived at Valley View for a year and a few months. All was good until i gave my notice. I had to go to month to month which was another 400.00 a month. I also had a problem with the costs it took to leave the facility. I made sure the apartment was clean and scrubbed from top to bottom. I also took the extra step to have a walk through before I left. the head of Maintenance came through the apartment with me and said to clean a bit more under the Microwave and Stove top. They are more interested in the money that they can get from you then anything else. What a scam of a place. The management team went out of way to try to keep as much of the deposits that they made us come to the table with just to rent the apartment. I have a older dog that will go hours without making a mess or peeing he is well trained at not going to the bathroom in the house or this case the apartment.
