I have lived there for 14 years and they have never replaced anything for me. I have asked the office many times to replace my blinds that have been melted by the sun. they always said that they would, but they haven't done anything. This Apartment Complex and its owners or trash. These people have no concern for customer service or the way the handle their tenants. They are so friendly and kind during the application process, (hint hint bonus pay) however you begin to see their true colors after you move in. The maintenance staff is a joke. They will half fix or will not fix anything you need repaired in the apartment. These are the worst apartments I have ever dealt with! I constantly call and get no answer and when they do they hang up in my face or transfer me to random extensions. Our mailboxes are broken so my mail is being held at the post office whose pick up times are from XX-X:XXPM (I am at work during this time). Maintenance don't know English and they are rude as heck!
