Drove in from Poway to this restaurant/winery. We had the BEST server in my 58 years of fine dining - Mark A. He NEVER interrupted our conversation as many servers do. He had PERFECT timing. He got a huge tip. The food was absolutely over-the-top. The Bordeaux wine reduction sauce over the filet mignon was to-die-for.
