This is the last place you want to go to. The staff is horrible and treat you like nothing. The don’t bother getting you the proper meds and the food is worse than prison food. If you care about the person do not bring them here.

This place is absolutely horrible! The staff isn’t worth a damn. They won’t relay your message. They are all money hungry to keep the patient there. They do not give the patient the meds that they need. They could care less. If you have another option please go there. Do not go to this place under any circumstances!

No stars. They breach their duty if care. They allow violent patients into the cafeteria where they punch anither patient in the eye while shexwas just standing in line. They refuse to call the police. Her eye us permanently damaged. They don't care. They do care about their cellphones they are always on them; either when a male patient batters a female patient just standing in line.

If you want to get punched in the eye while standing in the lunch line, by another patient, go to the vines. If you want a patient named Ed to tell you he is thete to take a break from smoking pot and sleeping with hoes, while he steals your coffee, then go to the vines. The techs won't do anything. Other patients cut the lunch line, but techs just stand therexand do nothing. They release a woman with a brain injury to the street, and she didnt know where she was going. But they didn't call her insurance company, family phy... read more

No stars. The techs are on their cellphones. Ypu can punched in the eye by another patient. Ypu will put on the street if you have a brain injury. They do not care. They do not csrecabout anything but their cellphones. Your lufe has no meaning there. Patients cut the line in the cafeteria and the techs just sit their on their cellphones. Your safety does not matter there. But if you want to batter another patient, your life does. Horrible care. Horrible.

They don't care. They techs, especially Kimme, are on their cellphones. Ypu get punched there by another patient in the lunch line, and they will refuse to call the police. They will continue to ket the violent patient out of his room. They will release traumatized with a black eye. They dont care. All they care about is their cellphones and money. Your life does not matter there. Furthermore, patients, will run in front you, cut in line in the cafeteria and the techs will sit there and do nothing.

They say it is a place for hope and healing; it's not. I got punched in the eye by another patient while standing in the lunch line, and they refused to call the police. They told me he would be staying in his room but was at breakfast there's morning, staring at me. Not a safe place, they dont care about you, but they do care about their cellphones.

Terrible experience. The staff, techs, nurses, and pharmacists are constantly on their phones. I got punched in eye by other patient, and I have permanent damage. He was still allowed out of his room after battering me. They don't care; they really don't.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I was punched in the eye by a schizophrenia patient in the lunch line. I ended up at a real hospital , getting a CAT scan. My eye was solen for two weeks. They refused to call the cops. I was battered by another patient, and they refused to call the cops. I was told he would remain in his room for the rest of my time there; that was a lie. He was in the day room, food line and cafeteria, for the rest of my stay there. He may not be responsible for what did, but the staff knew better. Se... read more
