⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve lived here for three years, and honestly, it’s been amazing! The community is always clean, the pool is huge, and there are barbecues, basketball courts, and a playground. Eric Jamir is incredibly kind and professional — always attentive and helpful. And Candy Dodson is the best! She truly cares and always finds a way to help. Spend the extra money at different apartment complex to save yourself all the hassle. The building and apartment itself was fine, no major complaints there. Management and Candy on the other hand, absolute nightmare. Expect minimal communication or clarification on issues you bring to them. We were charged a hefty fee that was supposed to be waived upon signing a lease with them, multiple emails sent to clarify the cost and remedy the situation, of course we didn’t hear anything and they sent us to collections. NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY. I have had continuous issues with the vine using the handicap parking spots and loading zones as maintenance gold cart parking. When I bring it to their attention the office managers respose was to call me entitled and tell me to shut up. They have parked the carts to fully block me from getting into my vehicle too.

I strongly advise against choosing this establishment. My experience, as well as the experiences of family and friends who have lived here, has been deeply disappointing. Most concerning is the conduct of the staff, particularly an individual named Candy, and the pervasive environment of racial profiling that exists here. In my view, this type of behavior is unacceptable. I regret my time spent here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Would not recommend living here. The parking company they use is terrible. They even booted my car once while it was parked in my own assigned stall. Residents have to pay $10 just to register a vehicle, and even the “free” guest permits cost $2 each time you use them. Most recently, they towed my friend’s car even though it was already registered under my resident account, instead of simply booting it. It was not an unauthorized vehicle.
