Eric Jamir is incredibly kind and professional — always attentive and helpful. And Candy Dodson is the best! She truly cares and always finds a way to help. Candy Eric and Nelson have been wonderful the entire time we've lived here. We've lived here for almost six years, going on seven. Everything's been great. No complaints. It's been a great place to live.
I’ve truly enjoyed my experience at the Vine Apartment Complex. The community is welcoming, and the amenities add a wonderful touch of comfort and convenience. The gym is well-equipped and impeccably maintained, while the pool offers a perfect space to relax and recharge. Spend the extra money at different apartment complex to save yourself all the hassle. The building and apartment itself was fine, no major complaints there. Management and Candy on the other hand, absolute nightmare. Expect minimal communication or clarification on issues you bring to them. We were charged a hefty fee that was supposed to be waived upon signing a lease with them, multiple emails sent to clarify the cost and remedy the situation, of course we didn’t hear anything and they sent us to collections. Current tent living here and would NEVER suggest this place to anyone at all! You pay just the same as anywhere else! You have no covered parking!!! As well lied to by Gabe we could get a third spot, which was a lie to get us to sign the contract! And on top of that there is NOOOOOO guest parking. You have to pay $$ to have guests use a spot. 5 days or something like that at 20-25$ ish. Takes forever to get service calls taken care of.
