I’ve truly enjoyed my experience at the Vine Apartment Complex. The community is welcoming, and the amenities add a wonderful touch of comfort and convenience. The gym is well-equipped and impeccably maintained, while the pool offers a perfect space to relax and recharge. I discovered a severely dirty air filter in my unit with visible dead insects inside the air vent and what appears to be mold on the filter. The HVAC filters for residents are kept behind a locked door that tenants do not have access to, meaning we cannot inspect or replace them ourselves. Since living here, I have been sick for months and have gone to the emergency room multiple times in addition to repeated doctor visits. I have been healthy my entire life prior to living here. This is a great place to live. My wife and I have been living here for 5 1/2 years. The staff here is amazing. Erik and Nelson are great maintenance guys. They are really attentive to the needs of the tenants. Candy is a great property manager and the new staff (Sabrina & Ojika) they have are really great and friendly to work with. Again my wife and I have enjoyed the 5 1/2 years here. Ready for another 6 months.
