Moved from another state in Aug 2024. Met with management in April 2024. The Management team we met were very nice from day 1. That's one of the reasons we picked this property. They work hard to keep tenants happy. When there is an issue maintenance is on it right away. They're pet friendly. There are several pet parks. So far my experience has been very pleasant.
The vine is a really good place to live. The management will help you with any problem you have and try to make your living experience here really good. Management is really nice and another cool thing about the apartments is if you have dogs there are dog parks where they can meet some dog friends. The staff is amazing a few people in their staff is candy, Eric and Jordan .if you have something broken in your apartment. they will get on it right away
Awful place to live, save your money. The complex is constantly trashed, kids playing soccer on the basketball court and damaging cars, crappy management that leaves early without notice and never answers the phone, pretty much no guest parking. They’ll take your entire security deposit and then reach out a month after you've moved out claiming you owe them more money. WARNING ‼️ My boyfriend and i moved in here when they first started opening up. Since then its been downhill. They give you one parking spot then have you park a block away in a very rocky dirt patch if you need another spot that you still have to pay full price on. The dog parks are ALWAYS dirty and disgusting. Management team will tell you its not their problem , theyve allowed people to move in that are loud and dont respect the complex.
