Eric Jamir is incredibly kind and professional — always attentive and helpful. And Candy Dodson is the best! She truly cares and always finds a way to help. First of all want to mention how my experience started. Great lobby and welcoming environment, pool and residents area was well maintained. Agents were friendly and polite, knew all the answers to all my questions, very professional. Touring was easy and fast. Apartments looked neat and well maintained even though complex is built quite some time ago. Couple of broken lights were noticed, but there is maintenance onsite, informed it will be easy fix. I was offered snacks too. Overall experience is very good.
Current tent living here and would NEVER suggest this place to anyone at all! You pay just the same as anywhere else! You have no covered parking!!! As well lied to by Gabe we could get a third spot, which was a lie to get us to sign the contract! And on top of that there is NOOOOOO guest parking. You have to pay $$ to have guests use a spot. 5 days or something like that at 20-25$ ish. Takes forever to get service calls taken care of. The management here is awesome. Candy is so helpful when I ask for things and if I put in service tickets, Erik is so amazing and on top of getting things done for me in a really quick manner. They both are super professional and very friendly and helpful and I appreciate that. They keep complex clean and safe as well. I’m very happy living here and I appreciate what they do for me. My spouse and I toured the apartment complex and found it to be very delightful! Sabrina was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We felt very welcome, unlike other apartment complexes in the Orem area. The area is nice and conveniently near shops/freeway!
