A cozy, family-friendly place, with very attentive and helpful staff. Eric is a wonderful person who offers great support.
Moved from another state in Aug 2024. Met with management in April 2024. The Management team we met were very nice from day 1. That's one of the reasons we picked this property. They work hard to keep tenants happy. When there is an issue maintenance is on it right away. They're pet friendly. There are several pet parks. So far my experience has been very pleasant.
Its been 1 years since my wife move to this apartments, Candy and Erick had been wonderful. We have a great communication with Candy and now we have a great relationship with erick. He becomes a friend for our family. Erick helps me a lot with my apartment. He also keep this area secure and clean and when we need help or we have questions he offers his help even after hours. We love this apartment and we love those wonderful people. We are staying 2 more years because of them.. Thank you.
WARNING ‼️ My boyfriend and i moved in here when they first started opening up. Since then its been downhill. They give you one parking spot then have you park a block away in a very rocky dirt patch if you need another spot that you still have to pay full price on. The dog parks are ALWAYS dirty and disgusting. Management team will tell you its not their problem , theyve allowed people to move in that are loud and dont respect the complex.
