We’ve lived at The Villas on Bell for over 10 years, and it’s been a great experience. The property is always clean and well maintained, and the staff are professional and genuinely care about helping residents. It’s a quiet, comfortable community that feels safe and welcoming. We’re happy to call it home after all these years.
I’ve been living at Villas on Bell for almost 3 years and unfortunately, I’ve been without air conditioning for seven days now. Despite repeated requests, there’s been no resolution or relief provided.I was told upper management needs to approve and sign to replace my A/C, I was told by the manager Francine its not an emergency due to the weather getting cooler. *WILL UPDATE TO 5 STARS ONCE PROBLEM IS FIXED* Putting my review on here so hopefully my problem gets seen and handled. Before July 1st, 2025, all tennents were able to pay a flat rate of utilities (water, sewer, trash, common areas) in one payment of $95. Me and my GF in the last 2 weeks of June approached Angelina, and got our lease agreement settled on. We agreed verbally, and on paper, that despite us actually legally signing on July 1st.
