I wanted to share my experience living here as I can finally close this chapter now that I finally received my refund check today, July 7th. Mind you, I moved out April 30th and have been in constant communication with the office since May 12th. This process dragged on far longer than it should have, and I’m relieved I never have to deal with this office again, especially Francine. I lived in this complex for 2 years and I definitely had more bad than good experiences. FYI if someone continually parks in your spot and you speak to them telling them this is a problem and that person tells management you are difficult for asking them to move from your designated space, you will get a 10 day notice. What?! In this circumstance the parking lot was full and this person was loitering my spot. Francine (Manager) and Angelina (Assistant Manager) are very professional and knowledgeable providing excellent customer service at their amazing community!! Jose and Gumersindo (maintenance team) provide superior maintenance. They have great prices and is a beautiful well-kept property in a convenient location! They are truly a blessing to many people!!
