*WILL UPDATE TO 5 STARS ONCE PROBLEM IS FIXED* Putting my review on here so hopefully my problem gets seen and handled. Before July 1st, 2025, all tennents were able to pay a flat rate of utilities (water, sewer, trash, common areas) in one payment of $95. Me and my GF in the last 2 weeks of June approached Angelina, and got our lease agreement settled on. We agreed verbally, and on paper, that despite us actually legally signing on July 1st. I looked at over 20 complexes in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area before happening upon Villas on Bell. Allow me to say that with the exception of one other prospective place (located in Scottsdale), the leasing staffs at those places acted as if they were doing ME a favor to show their spaces to me, and only cared about getting me in and out as soon as possible. Francine (Manager) and Angelina (Assistant Manager) are very professional and knowledgeable providing excellent customer service at their amazing community!! Jose and G (maintenance team) provide superior maintenance. They have great prices and is a beautiful well-kept property in a convenient location! They are truly a blessing to many people!!
