I have been a resident of Villas on Bell, for four years now. And I just wanted to say, this is a great place to live, I have had no issues or problems with staying here. The management is great - Diana and Angelina are a dream come true, they are very passionate about their work, they have treated me with the up most respect, and make sure, if I have any maintenance issues - they are taken care of within 24hrs. It was too expensive for the condition maintenance. Horrible. Car has been broken into several times and has a horrible gym facility. One pool is not worth the price for not receiving nothing.
WARNING: Absolutely a horrible place to live. RENTERS BEWARE!!! Also, they pay people for their good reviews. As in gift cards for high rated reviews. They also find any ridiculous reason to keep your deposit. WALKED ON THE CARPET TOO MUCH WAS MINE.
