I’ve been living at Villas on Bell for almost 3 years and unfortunately, I’ve been without air conditioning for seven days now. Despite repeated requests, there’s been no resolution or relief provided.I was told upper management needs to approve and sign to replace my A/C, I was told by the manager Francine its not an emergency due to the weather getting cooler. *WILL UPDATE TO 5 STARS ONCE PROBLEM IS FIXED* Putting my review on here so hopefully my problem gets seen and handled. Before July 1st, 2025, all tennents were able to pay a flat rate of utilities (water, sewer, trash, common areas) in one payment of $95. Me and my GF in the last 2 weeks of June approached Angelina, and got our lease agreement settled on. We agreed verbally, and on paper, that despite us actually legally signing on July 1st. I looked at over 20 complexes in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area before happening upon Villas on Bell. Allow me to say that with the exception of one other prospective place (located in Scottsdale), the leasing staffs at those places acted as if they were doing ME a favor to show their spaces to me, and only cared about getting me in and out as soon as possible.
