Before July 1st, 2025, all tenants were able to pay a flat rate of utilities (water, sewer, trash, common areas) in one payment of $95. Me and my GF in the last 2 weeks of June approached Angelina, and got our lease agreement settled on. We agreed verbally, and on paper, that despite us actually legally signing on July 1st. Honestly the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Definitely recommend. The staff and maintenance are always so friendly and helpful. Not to mention and apartments are really nice on the inside it will make you feel like home.
I just recently moved in a week ago. I chose this apartment complex due to the staff. I had an extensive search for an apartment when I moved here and it came down to three locations and it was Angelina that was the deciding factor. She was very thorough, followed up on my emails and called me to discuss appropriately. She made the transition from out of state very smooth. If you like living somewhere where management abuses their authority and position of power (Francine). move here. if you like having a LIAR as a manager, move here. if you want management to take you to court and blatantly lie under oath, move here. if you like having management work alongside your neighbor to watch your day to day life. move here. if you want the price you pay for rent to change from month to MONTH, by all means, MOVE HERE!
Angelina and Francine are on it in the office here!!! Look pet's got toys free!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Also this had been the best apartments when it comes to maintenance request when I put one in they are here some times with in an hr but alway by the following business day! The best part is it's quite! No kids running a muk and screaming or fighting people ect. This has been my most favorite apartment I've ever lived!!
