Aside from the usual failures to provide routine and necessary maintenance and repairs to buildings and units, there are also the same issues with the pool being closed and not properly maintained through much of the summer. I gave it a four star even if there is some things I have endured. I am wheelchair bound and this was known when I moved in. I see that you advertise for handicapped parking lots. I had to buy portable ramps to get in and out of my garage. Also had to put one for my front door too. And as far as my driveway, it is a roller coaster!! There is such a high driveway for me to navigate, 3 times could not make it back up in electric chair and had to sit in the road till someone came along and help push me up the steep in lines.
