5/8/2025 Where to begin? I have lived here for 3 years, and the place has gone downhill steadily. I will start with the brochure that advertises so falsely. The brochure lists a number of amenities that are nonexistent. There is sketchy internet service, this is NOT A GATED COMMUNITY. It is NOT 55 AND OVER. The pool is only available for use 2-3 weeks during the summer. The exercise room is only available during office hours which means never on weekends. The A/C is always failing.
