If I could give no stars I would; unfortunately that isnt possible. I have been living here for 2 months and my experience has been absolutely terrible. Pest are a major problem here, more specifically roaches. I have spent time energy and money into trying to get rid of the roaches to no avail. Theyve also had pest control coke twice and yet the pest problem is still persistent. Only rent here if you have ABSOLUTELY no where else to live.
I would not recommend anyone moving to this apartment complex! I have had many issues over the years I have lived here but this last one was by far the worse. I contacted Friedlam Partners last Wednesday to inform them that I did not have hot water. Maintenance did come by and said the pilot light would not stay lit so I would need another unit (although this one is only a few months old). This company advertises multiple property availability (I have the screen shots) and prompts interested parties to submit an application for a fee of $50, which I did and I never heard a word from them regarding the fact that they just took my $50 for nothing. I have called, emailed and no one will even communicate. They dont answer the phone, return calls nor emails. There is definitely a profitable money scam being conducted by this company. This company took ownership shortly before I moved into their residence. The leasing agreement as stated in other comments is over 50 pages long, and much of it is not applicable. Parts of it appear to be to cover the company for every potential thing that could happen, and when I asked about several sections of the agreement, we were told they didn't apply or to just ignore them. This included water metering, which we were told they don't do and that water was included in our rent. Now we were told that we are being charged... read more
In all fairness, I must report that my carpet was changed when I complained about it, and the company made repairs when the installers did something wrong, and they offered an apology. In addition, I was offered extermination services for the bugs that I reported. I was not pleased with the water meter being put in, but I have been assured that the costs will be equitable. I still do not agree with the trash fee, and I take out my own trash. I do not want a schedule for my trash. I was just provided a new water heater when I... read more

After this company took ownership of this apartment complex in January, there have been significant charges added and not to mention the lease is now 50 pages long. We are required to use a valet trash service. They do not let us opt out of this service that is not even needed as there are only 2 floors in each building and a dumpster near every building. They will not upkeep or make you feel at home. Conditions are poor. Things are always broke . And they have a roach problem. New person in leasing building. NO COMMUNICATION
I am writing in regards to your property at *******************, *********, SC. Me and my family have lived there since August 2018. It has been problem after problem since we moved in. Maintenance doesn't fix stuff in a timely manner. There is no one ever in the office if we have an issue. Also no one picks up the phone either. We pay for pest control but we have bugs and rats everywhere. The dumpster is overflowing all over the ground. It is a health hazard.
