Llevo 3 años como residente en este complejo de apartamentos y desafortunadamente estoy viviendo una mala experiencia lo siguiente es que llevo 10 días reportando la lavadora del apartamento y la dirección no me da respuesta los de mantenimiento vinieron y nunca más regresaron se lo informo todos los día y me notifican como completado le escribo a la dirección y no me dan respuesta hasta hoy después de 10 malos días insistiendo fue que se pudo solucionar la solicitud por tanta insistencia.
The all staff including their Manager are so nice, cool, talented and professional. The reason that i moved from my previous apartment was the management’s an appropriate behaviors. When i came at the first time to ask if there is any Unit available, i faced with Nathalia and her professional and best behavior attract me and make me to have my apartment there. Nathalia walked me and my Fiancé through the complex and was extremely knowledgeable about the amenities provided as well as the complex itself. As first time renters we felt secure and safe with our decision. She brings great energy and knowledge for anyone that’s interested in renting. Wouldn’t have felt better with anyone else as our guide, and we mean NO ONE could deliver the same experience as Nathalia! We found our home!
