From the time we moved in (nearly two years ago), the interior of the dishwasher was disgustingly coated with an orange residue despite daily use. I was mistakenly attributing it to the water quality. After seeing a Cascade commercial, I was prompted to inspect the screen and discovered a massive amount of gray, greasy residue under the bottom washer arm shroud clogging the screen. Joshuan replaced the discharge line and cleaned it completely making it look and smell brand new. Excellent job!!!
