The leasing manager, Viviana, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our move-in process. We needed a few accommodations made to our unit, and she handled everything quickly and efficiently. This made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate Viviana and her team for going above and beyond to ensure we had a great move-in experience.
I moved to this complex back in 2022 and all I can say is “ it was good choice”. We have great support from the team, Viviana is always very professional and kind. But who I really wanna say thanks is to Ivan ( maintenance guy) he is very very patient, attentive, professional, he always provide details about the work he is doing and his work is fast and efficient. I highly recommend villas at fort mil 🙂
Maintenance team is the best they’re always on point And Keeps the property clean.. as for the manager she’s the best ever! always quick to handle concerns that are brought up to her attention And is quick to address…. To the maintenance team and manager, thank you for all you do
