Might give them more stars if they take the word "luxury" off. Old appliances, no security cameras, lack of communication, no pet control around the building, lying about the jobs have done, false advertisement, add some extra charges on the bill without telling you, take ages to reply the texts or emails, etc.
Only giving them 4 stars because I’m more of a house person. This is my first apartment and although apartment living takes some getting used to… Viviana and her team are amazing. Response times to complaints or maintenance requests are quick. They treat my home with the respect it deserves when they have to come in. I truly can’t say enough good things about Ms Viviana and her team!
Es un lugar muy seguro y tranquilo, en general la administración funciona muy buen, todo el personal en especial la manager que es super atenta y está pendiente de todos los residentes. Es empática y considerada. Nos ayudaron con la búsqueda de la escuela para mi hija. Adicional del ingles hablan español.
