Just wanted to leave a good review for Cody from maintenance, we had an issue that we needed help on the weekend and I made a phone call and within 30 minutes our issue was resolved. Cody was knowledgeable on how to fix the issue, quickly and efficiently!
The apartment complex was nice and very communicative during my application process. They were quick to take my application and money. Good luck getting anything fixed, your more likely to get tetanus from the gym than a good work out, the laundry machines are a mixed bag of either not working, not draining the water leaving your clothes drenched or not washing your cloths at all.. I no longer live here, but I lived at this complex for over 6 years and still have friends who currently live there. The apartment management has changed so many times over the years that it’s hard to keep track. Every new manager comes in promising improvements, but the actual issues residents deal with never seem to get fixed. Don’t live here!! This place is a dump. Ownership cares only about profits. Crime is totally out of control here. Ask why they have gone through so many property managers, because they are set up to fail with this place. Rent anywhere but here.
