I absolutely love living here although there is and has been a gnat infestation in my building for the past 3 years it’s been longer that’s just how long I’ve been here. They charge you $45 and change to pay your rent with your debit card or credit card, they do give you the option to pay without that $46 convenience by e check but only if you do it before the 6th after that they choose to turn that option off and you can either pay the additional $46 or inconvenient yourself and pay for a money order.
