7/2/2025 Update today: Steve worked quickly and efficiently today to take care of the big issue with my air conditioning. It feels wonderful in here now. And that's after both he and Kim had to deal with another issue that they fixed very quickly. I have never seen someone work so hard as Steve, since I've been here. He's a multi-tasker and handles multiple things at the same time. No grass grows under his feet. There are approximately 132 apartments in this complex...
