I've been here since August 2024. Kim Wright is the office manager now and she's taken care of everything I've had issues with right away. She's very professional and polite. She also is trying to make sure we all have a comfortable living environment. Steve does most of the maintenance here and I can tell you, he works very hard. There are well over 100 units in this complex and if you see him zipping around in his golf cart, it's because he's trying to get to as many work orders as he can. He's phenomenal!
