Special shout out to the management staff and maintenance/carpet personnel. I called in a leak in my apartment at 11:20am. By 1:05pm, the maintenance guy found and repaired the leak and the carpet guy set up all his equipment to get rid of all the excess moisture.

We’ve been here almost 3 years. I’ve loved it for the most part until the people upstairs moved in. They make noise all day and into the late night. I have called the office, on call courtesy officer and left notes. NOBODY and I mean NOBODY has done anything. I have to wait until after 10 pm to call the courtesy officer. Don’t look for results, because you will NOT get them when it comes to problems with neighbors. They’ll send letters out about cigarette being left outside, but they don’t do anything with noise complaints!

Meadowood has been amazing with us, specially through bad times. Repairs fixed fast, lovely and clean, beautiful gardens and plenty to do without even leaving the compound. Thank you for all your help Meadowood office and Maintenance �

For the most part our experience has been fine here. Except when it comes to neighbors being too loud. Yesterday 1-28-17 our neighbors downstairs had at least 15 people over (I was to understand you are only allowed to have 2 people at a time), they took up all the visitor parking and some of the resident parking, and they were playing their music way too loud as well as slamming the door constantly. Their Meadowood leasing office is currently infested with bed bugs, including their swimming pool and jacuzzi. Dover Glen's apartments are infested with spiders.

Stonewood staff was mighty good to me from 2007 to my end date of Sept 11. My daughter and I always felt at home because the staff made us feel we were part of a community held together by people who cared. Safe, clean, caring, and secure: Stonewood Village was a good home to me. Thank you, Angie, Bryan and staff, for taking care of my home needs. I especially appreciate you now as a house owner: Still not home without you guys.
