How do yall have maintenance men that dont do there job all they do it hide at north water shop and lies to the residents about the pool it aint been open since 2019 know you got to maintences men driving round harassing residents all time of the day and night even on the weekends they ride around sam Houston harassing residents on there days off please stay away from this place
I have been living here for 16 years and the turnover in management and maintenance has been awful. Getting things fixed has been almost impossible but now we have two maintenance guys buy the name of Corey and the supervisor Marcus who are getting things done. I have not seen maintenance working after office hours in a very long time to get work orders done and upkeep the grounds. Hopefully they stay, don't get burned out and continue to be dedicated to getting work orders done and maintaining the property.
Marcus the maintenance man was a wonderful soul that came to the rescue after my AC went out. I called this morning and my unit was fixed this same day. I've never seen any maintenance person so what he did. He even made sure the temps were good with his checker. Awesome experience today. Props to Marcus. Thank you villages for hiring him.
