I applied to this place over a month ago, paid $100 hold and now I can’t even get a phone call back. I’ve left multiple messages each week trying to get a call back and nothing. Haven’t heard whether I’ve been approved or not but at this point because of the zero communication now I don’t want to move. Bobby Joe is very helpful, polite, respectful and most importantly she knows her job she has helped me with everything that needed to be done she move mountains for her residents with no complaints I am very grateful that we have her Bobby Joe keep up the good work
Doesn't care about thier residents. I have had no running water in my kitchen for 4 days. I put a maintenance order in they closed it without coming. I called yesterday explaining I have to go to bathroom to get water to cook. Asked if anyone was coming was told not sure they were tired. No one came. I thought they would come today but NOPE. I called again no answer. It's Friday so I assume they aren't coming today's so I will have to continue with this issue all weekend. We pay close to 2000 dollars a month to live here and... read more
Extremely Disappointed and Misled - Beware of Management I am writing this review with significant disappointment after only 8 days of living at Villages of Gallatin. My experience has been far from satisfactory, primarily due to the misleading and unhelpful management.
