I have been living here for 16 years and the turnover in management and maintenance has been awful. Getting things fixed has been almost impossible but now we have two maintenance guys buy the name of Corey and the supervisor Marcus who are getting things done. I have not seen maintenance working after office hours in a very long time to get work orders done and upkeep the grounds. Hopefully they stay, don't get burned out and continue to be dedicated to getting work orders done and maintaining the property.
Marcus the maintenance man was a wonderful soul that came to the rescue after my AC went out. I called this morning and my unit was fixed this same day. I've never seen any maintenance person so what he did. He even made sure the temps were good with his checker. Awesome experience today. Props to Marcus. Thank you villages for hiring him.
I want to give a big shout out to Marcus our maintenance supervisor he is absolutely Pleasant and very knowledgeable and a very kind man thank you for the very hard work that you do around here to make our home more comfortable
