Doesn't care about thier residents. I have had no running water in my kitchen for 4 days. I put a maintenance order in they closed it without coming. I called yesterday explaining I have to go to bathroom to get water to cook. Asked if anyone was coming was told not sure they were tired. No one came. I thought they would come today but NOPE. I called again no answer. It's Friday so I assume they aren't coming today's so I will have to continue with this issue all weekend. We pay close to 2000 dollars a month to live here and... read more
Extremely Disappointed and Misled - Beware of Management I am writing this review with significant disappointment after only 8 days of living at Villages of Gallatin. My experience has been far from satisfactory, primarily due to the misleading and unhelpful management. Prior to moving in, I was given vague details about the apartment, and crucial information was withheld. If I could leave a zero star review I would! I lived here for over five years and at the start I absolutely loved it. Until they stopped taking care of maintenance issues. Many maintenance orders were checked completed, but never done. My house had a mouse problem that was created by them creating a hole in the wall to look at a plumbing issue that was never repaired.
