I enjoy living at the Village of Banyan Grove. It’s very community oriented and the staff are very helpful. All the benefits are great and I use them often such as the gym and the pool. Our apartment had a mold issue in the bedroom closet and the maintenance team resolved the issue and property staff provided us with adequate resources. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
In the process of searching for a new home and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lexi from the leasing office. She was so pleasant and informative through the whole experience. I had a lot of questions and Lexi was very thorough which left me feeling heard and understood. She is an asset to your beautiful community.
I’ve lived at Banyan Grove in Boynton Beach since 2018, and I’m still here nearly eight years later for a reason. My one-bedroom home has been a calm, well-kept retreat for me and my dog Obi. I toured with Lexi and she was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me find the best fit, even staying after work hours to get my application started. After my first tour, she kept in touch and updated me on availability, which I truly appreciated. Lexi was so welcoming and made me feel super comfortable about moving here. She really shows the care that management has for their residents and the time and effort they put in to make sure everyone is happy!!
