There's no such thing as the perfect community, but Villages of Banyan Grove Is pretty dang close! Villages is a great community. Safe, clean, and peaceful. The management is friendly and courteous and they handle all communications and requests from residents with speed and efficiency. LOL They just sent someone to my new address and tried charging me $800 for new carpet for my service animal for damage . HES TRAINED and potty trained . Been here two years then they got new management and it went to shit. There was a termite infestation that they did not tell us about next-door and then the termites came over to our apartment and they got me out of my lease without a charge . Live living at the Villages Banyan Grove is truly an awesome experience. Everything is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. You’ll never find a better management team and maintenance team as well. The units are so well designed and keep cool and noise out. Everything in the unit is like new and immaculate And the grounds are beautiful. The amenities are outstanding. It is a very nice friendly, clean safe place with a great location to live.
I have been living at the Villages of Banyan Grove for 9 months now and it has been a great experience so far. The property is well maintained. The amenities are great and easily accessible. The management team is responsive and works hard to create a real sense of community here.
I can't be more happier! This place became my home, every one at the leasing office and maintenance are caring and amazing!
