I saw Dr Tran for what I felt was tennis elbow. Which was the case after her examination. But she was running a little behind. Which was the first time that I wasn’t seen either early or on time. She came in and apologized several times for the the patient she was before me was difficult. I explained it was ok. Yet she apologized again. Saw Dr Victor Flores today and he was a wealth of knowledge. Great Dr at a great facility
Something changed from a caering clinic to one of the worst in the state. A primary care physician leaves and there is no help with finding a replacement. The scheduling staff is arrogant and highly incompetent. So terribly sad.
Dr Jun is the best! He a very knowledgeable. So glad I was able to get him as our doctor when we moved to The Villages full time. We feel blessed to have had him. And today I saw PA Monica. She, too, is the best. Always willing to go the extra mile for us. Will miss both of these medical professionals. We wish them both great success in their new positions.
